Training of pilots-trainees
The program of training of pilots-trainees is developed according to Provisions of the International Marine Pilots Association (IMPA), STCW-95 Code, IMO Resolution A.960 (23) dated 12/5/2003 - , GOST 51874-2002 - "Safety of navigation, Requirements to marine pilots. Order of training. Certification.", Code of Trading Navigation of the Russian Federation dated April, 30th 1999, No 81-FC and other international and national regulations.
