Radio telephone operator on inland waterways (IWW)

Training of navigators to principles of conducting radio telephone exchange in VHF range at navigation on IWW. After completion of the courses participants should know the following: rules of conducting VHF talks according to Rules of radio communication on inland waterways of the Russian Federation, to the basic terms, definitions and reductions used in radio telephone exchange. They should be able - to conduct a radio exchange in force majeure, as for example at reception of a signal about disaster, a signal of promptness and safety, to carry out reception of the hydrometeorological information from different transferring stations, to use the phonetic alphabet.
