GMDSS Short Range Certificate
The present program is intended for training of small size vessels navigators in basics of a sea radio communication in the VHF range. The program includes studying of main principles of sea radio communication, rules of installation, maintenance service and use of VHF radio station with DSC, EPIRB, SART, procedures of emergency radio communication and radio communication not related to disaster and safety. The cancelling of false distress calls. General information about GMDSS system.
