Automatic radar plotting aids simulator

The purpose of the course is practical training of navigators on radar-tracking information obtained from indicators of a radar with a view of navigation safety. The given course is intended for use at carrying out of training preparation and vocational training of pilots and the navigators keeping navigation watch according to requirements of STCW-78/95 and resolution No 1 dated 04.01.96 of department of Marine Transport of Russian Federation. The program is aimed at high-grade practical use of the radar-tracking information with profound knowledge of opportunities and restrictions of a radar station, during navigation of vessels in conditions of limited visibility.
