Advanced training program on Oil Tanker Operations

The curriculum is intended for captains, the senior mechanics, the senior assistants, the second mechanics and other persons who bear the direct responsibility for loading, a unloading and safety measures during transportation or cargo processing.

The specified persons prior to the beginning of training should:

• to pass the approved course of fire-prevention training
• to have, at least, the three-month approved experience of work on tankers or the approved fact-finding course for work on tankers.

The program is developed according to requirements of the STCW-78/95, and meets the obligatory requirements stated in chapter V (section AV/1, items 9-14) of STCW Code.
