Training of navigators of rowing vessels of small size allowed to control a vessel in areas of IWN; SN

The simulation training program purpose is to get knowledge and train necessary skills in small size(high-speed) vessels operation , as well as possibility to apply these skills in any conditions of navigation, specific areas of navigation, various weather conditions, configurations of waterways, berthing areas, specific features of navigation of small size vessels in shallow waters.

Training is conducted for the following groups:

1. Training of navigators of small size vessels, those being under inspection of State Small Vessels Inspection of EMERCOM of Russia. Types of vessels: a motor-boat, a powerboat, a jet ski, a sailing boat. Areas of navigation:

• WW (water ways)
• IWW (navigable inland waterways )
• NNWW (non-navigational waterways)

2. Training of navigators of a motor yacht for navigation in the international waters. 

On the completion of the courses the State Small Vessels Inspection of St.-Petersburg is issuing the license for small-size vessel operation.

ATTENTION!!!
According to the typical program a special Distance Training System (DTS) is developed to train navigators of small size vessels, allowing on-line training during any time convenient for trainee by means of a personal computer having access to the Internet to study the program, to obtain consultation of the instructor on-line, to pass preliminary testing and to be prepared to pass examination at the State Small Vessels Inspection.
